What quality standards used to assess product durability?
Given our long history of working with the office furniture industry, CompX products are normally tested to meet or exceed ANSI (American National Standards Institute) and BIFMA (Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturer’s Association). However, CompX is also able to test to specific market standards, for example salt spray and life cycle tests for the appliance market. Further, CompX is able to supply RoHS (Reduction of Hazardous Substances) compliant components at the customer’s request.
